Very happy with Freedom Debt Relief. They came to our aid at a very low point in our lives, we had overwhelming debt from medical expenses and everything was out of control. They took charge of the debt, quickly started negotiating with the creditors to reduce the amount owed, set up payments on the reduced balance and stopped the calls and harassment from creditors. It was such a relief, I was able to focus on getting the medical care that my husband needed without all the worry of the mountain of debt. I have to admit that I was a little worried about turning everything over the them, but they are very professional, do exactly what they say and are always available to talk with you and answer any questions. It was THE best financial decision I have ever made to use FDR to pay off my creditors. It was the most important decision I had made to pay of my debts by using FDR. The whole transitions was so easy...everyone I spoke with was very professional an nice. When I join the program I really had to be very patient. I had to continue making the deposit which I had FDR take directly from my account every two weeks. Less than a year FDR starting to negotiate my account ..however, all my account are now settle .FDR called me an offer me a loan to pay off my account,I accepted the loan best thing I could have done.i don’t have to worry anymore about my account going to collecting agency or to any law firms... thank you FDR it would take me thirty years to pay off my credit cards.

I am very new to FDR . . Joining FDR was a very difficult decision for me. I have been struggling financially for a couple of years since i lost my job 2 years ago & I just cannot keep up. Wow its amazing at how fast my balances have gone down. Instead of 25 plus years that it would have taken me to pay all my debt off, it will only take less than 4 years, best decision made to enroll all my debts with this program. So far, as others have said, it’s the best financial decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve saved over $19,000 so far. Still got a ways to go but they’ve managed to settle on a few of my larger accounts. The key is to be patient. I was very nervous the first few months. Once those first settlements started coming in, my anxiety level went way down. Just have to wait it out. They’re customer service is excellent and they respond to questions very fast. The entire process was very smooth and transparent. This is the worst decision I’ve made in my lifetime. Before you go into this program be aware your credit score goes down incredibly. There promise to take care of the accounts within 4 years is possible but your monthly payments are pretty high. Then if you have to reduce your monthly payments for any reason they make you call a few days before the payment is due. If for any reason you forget it reverses to the original amount, which will cause problems. So before you get into these program make sure if there’s ant other way to pay the bills.

They did a great job settling my accounts. I am about half way thru and hope that we can settle the remaining by mext year. I do think their fees are alittle high. I feel like it could be slightly lower because I've settled a few other accounts on my own. But if you are stuck and feel like you need help making progress, I would recommend this company. Also, keep in mind. The more you add yhe faster they can start resolving your accounts. Even if your first payment is double than what you agreed to, that will help.

Freedom Debt Relief has helped reduce my debt by a significant amount within one year. It was long awaited difficult decision for me, but I finally made up my mind and joined FDR. After I joined FDR, it only took the FDR staff 6wks to settle my first account, and I was very happy. Once we joined the program, we have to be patient, and keep making the.deposit to our dedicated account, theore money we have the more easier and faster negotiate will be done. Fast forward 1 yr later after several of my account already settled, the sister company of FDR which called FDR Plus offered to loan me the money and pay off the rest of my unsettled account, and I took the loan because it save me time and money to have the FDR Plus pay off and I just pay directly to FDR as I promised and not worry about collection or law suit from creditor. My opinion about joining FDR is the best financial decision that I made. They very professional and courteous. They always there when you need them. Had I not joining FDR , still paying minimum each card every month and take yrs to finish. Now I am only 2 yrs away from debt free with simple affordable payment to FDR Plus , instead of 15 yrs. Thks FDR and FDR Plus.
